Speaking of mileage, I officially computed the mileage of my f100. Drove down and back to summit point this sunday. With my 3 speed auto and the 3.90 gear in the rear i got 8mpg on the highway and i kept my foot out of it lol

Take the trim off from around the center column where the radio and climate controls are, remove the trim cover and plate under the steering wheel. I believe there are 6 bolts that hold the bezel around the dash, remove them, remove the bezel, you may have to enlarge the hole for the light switch to pass through it. 4 bolts i believe on the cluster and the whole thing comes out. When i can get to a computer ill see if i have the write up bookmarked that i used
