Carroll Community College does, not sure how far you are willing to drive. My buddy took the class its a two part class, basic and advanced, Wednesday evening for 2 hours I believe for a semester...

Was just looking, every place here, you have to pay a lot more for the class if you are not a MD resident, which I am not.
