Im in Stony Brook. About a mile from the smith haven mall also.

Is anyone going to NAC Fest at Rausch Creek on the June 21st - June 24th weekend. I know this isnt NAXJA but its suppose to be a big one. I am looking to go and wanna see if anyone else is or want to plan somthing.

Im guessing your talking about the rear locker? I dont daily drive the truck but I easily can. You definitely feel the locker on sharp turns, like from a stop. When you step on it you can feel the truck wanting to straighten out.
You will quickly learn the best way to take turns so you dont wear out your rear tires (give it gas while going straight, then cost the turn. Usually just step off the gas for the sharpest point of the turn)

However, I have only had the rear locker in there for a month or so now but it is awesome and I do recommend it. You will hear pops and clunks every once in a while but barely. Most of the time I forget its back there. A week or so after install I was driving it around and when I got home I realized I completely forgot I had the locker in there and I didn't pay attention to my turns or anything cuz you don't really feel it.

Bottom line, its a good unit. I really did my homework before purchase. However, Its not a fully carrier locker which is weaker. I carry spare shafts and my old spider gears just in case. If I blow the carrier well, im f*cked.

There is no reason to not dd a jeep with lockers. My jeep drives fine and my last jeep that I dd drove fine. Two, jeeps, three axles, three autolockers.
