Default Local 4X4 shop sued.

Well my local 4x4 shop got sued for 1.5million.

This is going to effect the wheeling community in a very negative way.

O man that sucks. If anything the guys should have wanted to go after the manufacturer of the wheel not the saler. I know they were out of buisness but its not the sellers fault. He didnt know the wheel was faulty. If it was indeed faulty at all and not damaged by use or abuse.

Thats some ! I feel sorry for the guy who got injured ,but hey, S*** happens! It's not the sellers fault. And then the fella turns around and does more business with them? People are crazy.

This is just screwed up in so many ways. I feel bad that the dude got hurt, but doesn't mean he should be suing anybody. Stuff happens and if you don't die, deal with it and get on with your life.

It just goes to show you...

Why do we need Lawyers?

Because we have Lawyers!!!

Total BS! It's a shame that you can't be thrown in jail for beeing a total DA and bringing something like this to court!

I was kinda wondering the same thing, and the fact that it even stated he over tighted some of the nuts were the problem should put blame on himself or maybe the wheel manufacter.
I feel bad for the guy, but thats not the way to go about fixing the problem..
