I think you began lol To me this sounds like a very good plan all we need is a date to get us rolling. I myself have no problem traveling to the pines for a day. I also know a bunch of guys in the Northern area who travel there normally so I don't think it would be a problem to many for a little over an hour and forty five minute drive. Heck Rausch Creek is 3 hours away and lots us go out there for a day trip too!! I think most of us would like a spring time trip say around late March early April.
Does this kind of thing seem to be on most people's radar?
I will more than likely be at my dorm in Northern NJ so I'm willing to lead a group down to the pines from Passaic/Morris/Bergen Counties area for those who would want to ride down together.

Agreed im in for March - early April wew set a date i can get liberty and come home for a weekend would be a good time for sure. ha as long as my rig stays in one piece of course.

I'm prolly good for any date as long as it's not too early in the morning. I work at night, most likely won't be able to get to Atsion Ranger station until about 10:30a.m. (if that'll be the meeting place).
