That looks SWEET! And what a great price. Question, what welder/weld settings do you guys run to weld this on? I have a little 110v Eastwood MIG. Wondering what settings might work for that (I'm still pretty new to welding)

technically your so-post to use nickel rod but i have never used it i just crank the welder up to a high voltage and slow the wire speed down and just tack a few spots. Then i just weld a inch then move to another spot and let it cool down, just don't get it to hot or you can worp the axle housing. I also use shielding gas to protect my weld, argon mix.

How's the shop coming along? If ya'll ever need a hand with something I'm not too far off. Plus if you guys are trying to get a website together and something real official, I can definitely help out. Glad to see a shop coming together in the York area.

Oh and we also have this project. This is my business partners and best friend's MJ. not sure on what axles he is going with yet maybe a ford 60 front 14 bolt rear or toyota axles (fj80) The pic your looking at is the 39.5 super swampers he just picked up. We will also be doing a bunch of tube work to the MJ.

Ouch. Rust is such a biotch around here. I've been fighting this...
Whilst working on this stuff, I also found that the one section of the unirail appears to have been plated at some point, which concerns me a bit but I am not afraid to tackle rust anymore lol

I'm down to that one or Clayton. I've also been considering the IRO bar. My main concern is I'm starting out with a 3" lift. Clayton reassured me theirs will work fine and RK says 3"-5" on their site. Not sure what I want to go with yet. Drew got a RK now doesn't he?
