Ok cool. I'm just lookin around for places to wheel around here and friends to go with. I don't have any lockers yet (I started my build in august) but new bumper/winch is coming soon.

As of right now. Just from the rear. I'll have a new front bumper in the front hopefully within the month tho. I didn't wanna spend money on oem tow hooks if I was gonna take them off within a month or so. Not the best idea but cost effective.

Out of curiosity. How trail ready is my xj if it's got a 4.5" SA with no swaybars (rear removed and front discos) and 31" Mickey thompson mtz's. Rear locker and winch in the future. But as of right now...

should be pretty capable, but one locker makes a huge difference. especially on a short arm lift where is has more of a tendancy to lift one tire

Looks good to me. I have a locker in my D30 and soon when I get the 8.8 in i'll be golden for awhile. Till I get a true locker in it.
Nice XJ btw looks good!

Default Winch or Locker??

Sorry for continually hi-jacking your thread but in your guys' opinions, what should i get first/what is most reasonable. A bumper/winch or locker. If locker, front or back.

I'm torn.
