yeah look up goshen pond. or atsion lake family site. i prefer goshen because its a group site and you can camp anywhere. plus its only 2 bucks per person. there are plenty of trails to wheel on just be careful if you are by yourself some of the puddles are deep

both are part of wharton state forest

me and my dad go to bass river state forest all of the time...it has a lake and its right in the middle of the bass river preserve definitely a cool spot to camp http://www.bing.com/maps/?v=2&cp=39....ver%20Township

theres the entrance to the camp sites...they have tent spots, lean-toos, and cabins....if you guys are trying to rough it a little more you can just go out in the middle of the woods and pick a spot you like i've done that a few times too

Wadding Pines is a camp site right outside of wharton too.... it's a pretty cool camp ground. Deff not as rugged as just picking a spot in the woods but still a good time.
