Just wanted to say hello from Hanover, MA. Recently I picked up a Comanche that I'm currently gathering parts for to do a 4WD swap. Once the build gets underway I'll post up some more details.

Ya I've been wanting to go there for a while. I'm in the proccess of doing my floors, frame stiffeners, and bumpers right now. I'm hoping to be up n running by the end of may.

Yeah, our team is spread out though the state and the Jeep is parked in Peabody, MA. If you want to see the Jeep in action we hope to have it back out autocrossing next month at Fort Devens in Ayer, MA. Feel free to swing by with a helmet and catch a ride once we know an exact date.

The Boston BMWCCA normally holds an autocross there once a month along with a few other clubs. There is one coming up on April 27th but the XJ-R won't be ready in time.

 

Hey I'm in Braintree, I'm looking to know if anyone knows where I can get some work done. I had a friend who owned a shop and helped me do the stuff I couldn't do (didn't have the knowledge for) but he recently sold the business. I want to have my drive axle joints replaced (making some noise) and possibly my drop pitman arm and TRE. Might have some more work done if the place is good. I would also consider having someone do it at their house if they want side money, since I'll be paying cash. Thanks ahead of time for the advice or knowledge!

I'd be willing to do that. the only thing is I need to finish my cargo floor pan first so I have a place to work on your Jeep. I have a barn in Groton I work out of.
Elias four wheel drive is also out this way in Townsend. they do great work and are very trustworthy but expensive
