Sorry I haven't posted much lately guys, but my schedule changed at work. Now I'm 7-3:30 Mon-Fri.
I have a few minor things to fix on the YJ, and it'll be ready to sling some mud. Tried last weekend at the hump, and found a couple broken hard vacuum lines for the cad. Should be fixed this weekend.
Let me know, my weekends are free now!!!

I did this to the Comanche when I had the cad axle then I swapped over to the 1pce axle shaft upgrade

Before I forget again Walt, my Hi-Lift is mounted by the 4xRac mounting system. Retail is about 40-48 bucks depending where you go. You can bolt the mounts to any flat surface. Even has a padlock hole to secure the jack.

I wouldn't mind just lets plan ahead of time so I can save up...
Comanche won't be driven up there because it's 2wd but saving for gears and lockers...
I'm torn between buying a Detroit lsd or the Chrysler trac-lok

Me too, man! I think that, and the custom car scene, are what I really miss about South Florida. The custom car scene up here is weak, and there aren't very many restaurants around here to really write home about... plenty of kickass food trucks, but not many sit-downs.

I hate this bull**** mentality. Same jackholes that trek all the way to Jeeptoberfest here from Whereversville, USA and cause a traffic jam on the stocker course 'cause they don't know how to freakin' drive their 30k dollar rig with 15k worth of "upgrades". Every time I'd see a "real Jeep" (as they like to call themselves) struggle on the stock course, I'd say to my buddies, "I wonder how they'd feel if they knew there was a 2wd Jeep on this course that just did all of that without any problem."

I think it's a bad idea to buy new tires. With a locker and no traction control its too much fun to taking off lighting them both up. It drives like a trophy truck.

Check out Dorman they carry a few different sets. I've used them on both the ZJ and XJ
