Not a bad view. Driving around a 1986 LWB 4x4 Mj. Has the 2.8L and 3spd in it. Runs and drives great. I have no clue why people think this motor is such a dog. Its got 31x10.50's with 4.10's and will get up and go. I know most of them had 3.31 or 3.73 gears, that's why they thought they're slow.

Just got an email for their sales on the diy stuff.....and....what a sham....they did the same they did last year....
Raise the prices and "Black Friday deal" same as the price the day before...

Nope, its a base model w/D35. Its getting one of our D44's (if he ever decides to sell, the D44 comes out and D35 goes back in. That's how it works), Rusty's 6.5" Long Arm kits and 35x12.50's.

Gearing makes a huge difference if geared properly. Hell, emptypockets' 86 has the same drivetrain with 4.56 gears, pushing 37's.

 

The $349 ZJ bumper is on sale for $50 less than it was before the sale $399. No sham there. The XJ bumper is showing up for $199 shipped this morning. Isn't it normally around $229?

 

220 for a bumper is a great deal. Hell of a better price than the usual 300+ ones.

 

Today it's $199 shipped, I'd say that's a great deal. Of course you need to factor in $100 worth of beer plus ER bills putting it together.
