The old owner pulled out in front of someone. The po was a old couple and they were the second owners....they bought it in 99 and it's a 98. It has 214000 miles and us super clean inside. it's a 5 speed to!

I already am driving it....i just bought it a week ago. I replaced all the front bent steering parts and pieced back together three front end as best I could. I had the body shop straighten thee frame...it came out good. My plan is to driver it till summer when then I'll have the tinged to swap the trans properly and swap the interior into my 97 xj. All I really need right now is a front bumper and brackets.

Oh yeah and I got the jeep for what it was worth as scrap.

Lmao, I sell my XJ's on a yearly basis. Sold the big Gray one last month, and sold my other White one today. Leaves me with just my 96' now.

Yepp, bought it off Alan. Nice guy. He said he used to be on here as well. Only concerning thing I've found to be honest is where part of the bellhousing was ground away to make room for an 02 sensor that didn't fit. Kind of a WTF moment, but it's what it is, I don't think Alan did it, wouldn't make a difference either way. Very solid truck. I've done shocks, steering stabilizer, and a transfer case drop, and it highways like a dream now. Had a slight driveline vibration at highway speeds (I know Alans commute was all surface streets) but it glides at 80 now.

He might have ground the bell housing. He brought it up to the shop a few months ago for me to check why it was running like ****. It was the o2, he said he just put a new aftermarket one in.
