How do I go about undoing the short shifter mod (aka hacksaw to the shifter) that the PO did?

 

so today i finally got around to extracting the two bolts on my dana 30 that sheered off at the head got it off it all looks good inside in going to get some rtv and seal here up paint her and try to get it on this week end along with the lift

looks good 2wd or 4wd ...i would just change shifters

 

Currently 2wd. Its already got the d30 axle and the linkage comes next. In orlando I can get the transmission cheap. (or just the back half since its got a good clutch). I need to repair two nasty rust areas. Passenger floorwell and a 1sq ft section in the trunk. Otherwise excellent shape.
It might stay 2wd for a while till i get a job up here.
Its already at 5" lift in the front didn't measure the rear.
