Sounds like you're acting on rash emotions instead of calm logic. You'll get more money by parting it out. I'd buy your bumper. Someone else will buy those Moabs. The lift components - yep. Interior & exterior parts - yep. Low mileage engine - yep.
I don't mean to sound like a mother but dude. Seriously!?!

It starts perfect when cold...but having the engine run for a good 5-10min it starts to bog down, spit, farts, backfire and shuts off...almost exploded my muffler yesterday on i95 south because of the backfire...looks like a ballon now...next time it'll be a huge hole in it....
I checked all my wires and noticed the cps wires stuck to the exhaust but didn't burn completely to see wires....
But once it shuts off it won't start until it cools down for about 15-20mins...barely made it home yesterday...
Seems like symptoms of a failing cps correct?

Okay but it seems like you're going to take a huge financial hit by just selling it verses parting it out. You said you were going to scrap it which makes me think you already have another daily driver lined up as scrap would not get you enough cash to turn around and buy you another vehicle with less problems than your Jeep.
