If anyone is interested, I have a " reinforced " pair of Westin step bars I'm selling for $75. They have 1/8" angle welded all along the backside for extra strength and to allow welding addittional outriggers to the frame. These are unpainted and missing only one of the 3/8" self tapping bolts. I'd replace their bolts with JCR which have a finer thread which is better for the thin wall uniframe of the XJ. PM me if interested and I can text additional photos if needed.
