I guess it just depends on where you are and where your looking. I've seen quite a few more D44s here because lots of people scoop up the 8.25s.

That is a lower control arm mount not a shackle. A shackle pivots, you have them in the rear on your leaf springs. Just curious why you bought the kind that uses cam bolts and aren't running them. You run the chance of your axle moving back and forth with that bolt sliding.

have to order the cam bolts for them. and they had them listed as shackles/mounts so thats where i got my info. them being rustys off road.

I know Rusty personally and doubt he'd make that mistake. All he does is Jeeps and wheels an XJ. Besides just because it says something doesn't make it true. Those are not shackles.

im sure you do man, and im not insisting that they are shackles and as i recall ive not said that your wrong not once. so now you go from not trying to be a **** as you said in your first post to acting like a full fledge *******... back up dude. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP

Just point something out and you have it in your sig. Lots of people use this and other forums to educate themselves and just trying to do my part to keep them from getting wrong information.
