That rig is so bad ***.. coil over front and rears... that thing id say is beyond daily driveable.. Its a sweet *** rig though.
Im going to build in phases.
Phase 1 (in a few weeks): 4.5 inch coils, 3.5" leafs, shackles, 3 Link, 33s.
Phase 2: Armor (Front Bumper, rear bumper) ..I already have a rustys gas tank skid.
Phase 3: (the expensive one)..Chromos, 4.56's, Yukon Zip (Air) lockers, front and rear, ARB compressor.
In between each of those ive got little side projects im wanting to do...On board air, electrical outlets in the cargo, false floor in the rear...Roof rack, various things..

Wouldn't waste the cash on chromos for stock axles. The housings are the weakest part. For what a "good" set of chromos or RCVs cost you could have a better axle. I have chromos in my 44 but they came with it. If it hadn't been 200 bucksthe shafts, 4.56s and a Detroit, ended up being a truetrac, I would have skipped it for a 60.

The TJ rubi 44 is junk. It's a low pinion D30 with a D44 center section. Only good thing about it is the locker which isn't all that great. Nothing says you have to go full width to get better axles.

I'm sure an 8.8 and a front 44 or a trussed 30 would do me plenty good

For all i know they might not even sell coil springs, but its worth a shot if you're close i guess.
