Update: The Jeep came home today. The top of the engine compartment is burned out. The oil looked fine, and so did the little coolant I drained out to inspect. But I need a harness, MAP sensor, all 6 injectors, oil cap, cruise control, vacuum hoses and grommets fitting to the valve cover.

It was good to get her home, and then I popped the hood.

 

Looks like you need to take a trip to the jy with me....pull it all..dirt cheap

yo i just picket up a motor from work for 50$ it still got the oil cap i know might have the injectors and has gromments hollar at me and you can have them if it all there ill look tomorrow

Yeah, mine was stolen, vandalized, and caught on fire. I still wouldn't get rid of her, so I doubt anyone would trade, unless they have one or two sitting around. My take is people (including myself) grow fond of their XJ's and wouln't let go of them easily.
