First of all, Thank all of you very much for your eyes and ears. My Jeep was recovered 27 hours after I reported her stolen. It could not have gone that well, and you guys made me very grateful of the XJ community and CherokeeForum.com. Much respect.
My wife went to the impound to see the Jeep today, and we owe $100 for the bill. Ain't that some **** to get your vehicle stolen and have to pay to get her recovered. Anyway, all of my tools, except for a heavy gauge 150' extension cord are gone. They in turn gave me a (as my wife said) 'huge' tire on a rim (She estimated it to be another 31"). Other than that, I need an ignition switch (column is OK) and DS vent window (Stupids don't know to work my ****). My wife also said that the hood pull cable assembly is out of the dash and pulled out to the seat. Hopefully they didn't get under the hood.
And I did mention we have to pay a $100 FEE to get her back!? Hopefully she still runs.
@95whiteXJ: Yes indeed I still need the back glass and front bumper. I've just been too damn busy and haven't gotten back to you yet, sorry. As soon as I get her back to the house, I'm gonna get that from you. Good news is I'm no longer traveling for work, and I'm working in a welding shop in Maryville. Today was my first day. It's much better than not knowing where you going next from week to week. It's a bit of a drive, but it's 55mins straight down 411 from where I'm at in Kodak.

I Have a 96 parts Jeep. If you need any parts msg me and I'll see if I have them. All of the ignition stuff is there and I have 2 keys.
