Damn Right there is. I've been writing 14 hours a day or more and 7 days a week since I came out here. There's not a lot of sleeping on the pipeline. .

The jeep is the right of way vehicle. The thing has seen more abuse in the past year than most trail rigs do in 10. Still running strong though. She's Been from Ohio to Georgia so many times I can't count. I've put 45k on her*in the last year if that says anything. Lol

And the 14s aren't too bad one you get used to them. . But if a Light plant ever shows up you're just ****ed, may be an 18 hour day that day.

She's made a name for herself now. Everyone at the company knows my jeep as the "unkillable go anywhere beast".

 

Ah those things. I thought about doing a technician job for a pipe line company

 

Only problem with the pipeline is job security. I've got security where i'm at somewhat, but most places you could work for a month and be layed off the next. Gotta be good and useful to go wherever the company goes.

 

Gotcha. Yeah, I'm in no danger of losing my job now.
