the one I'm talking about is Oconee Off Road. I'm not sure what the other one is called.
edit: the other one's called classic city off road. and apparently there's a third called performance off road center.

yeah that's the place I was talking about. seems like a nice shop, and the people there are cool, but man it looked dead when I was there.

I just got gas for 3.60 still hurt though haha. And I'll have to check out the Morris mnt thing. Also I swung by Oconee off road today. Really nice guys. And they actually just moved into that location. The were in Watkinsville before so that may explain why it seemed slow. Awesome guys though I'd recommend it to anyone in the area.
