Didn't really know where else to put this so here it is. Still kinda new to wheelin and pretty much only place I had been was interlake. Heard some guys I know where going to turkey bay at land between the lakes and decided since I hadn't been anywhere but interlake I would tag along. First observation was that practically every trail was covered in gravel, sucked. Super super dusty, sucked. Most of the hills I could drive up in my Camry, sucked. I hate to rant but i was very dissapointed with it, especially since i drove 3 hours to get there when i can drive 45 minutes to get to interlake which is 10x better. Just thought I would let people know that if you're considering going there u might wanna reconsider, unless its really close to you. Oh and I forgot to mention it has an entry fee of $15, interlake is free. Now this is just my personal opinion and some people might love it, if they drive a bone stock xj because that's the only way it could be challenging. Rant over.
If you are looking for a mud park, then don't go. The main road in Turkey Bay is not challenging, but if you take time to get off on the other trails, it is alot of fun. For those who haven't been, give it a try!!!

Actually I wheel my jeep almost every weekend and I'm always looking to hit up new places, at the time of writing the original post I was pretty pissed because some guys i know, but had never wheeled with, talked up the place like it was the next best thing to moab, which its not.
Btw that's gotta really suck to have to drive 3 hours to wheel. Guess I'm spoiled having interlake pretty much in my backyard

I used to go to Turkey Bay about twice a month when I was at Ft Campbell, now I'm quite a bit further. A place even closer for you than heading all the way down to Turkey Bay would be Wishbone Ranch in Bowling Green, KY. It's a private ORV. It's now almost exclusively where the group I wheel with head to.
