You should run 200-210 with a 195 stat. Putting a 160* in won't fix the problem just bandaid it. If you are running warm flush your rad and hose the fins out and start looking for cooling issues. Jeeps are meant to run at 210 and if you are under that you are burning extra fuel. Your jeep dumps extra fuel in to warm the motor up faster to get to operating temp (210*) and operating temp is when you motor will run most efficient.
