I unfortunately don't think that I can afford to make it to Haspin. I talked it over with my girlfriend and I have student loans coming up that I gotta start paying on top of the bills I already have. Maybe something a little closer would be doable for me, but I don't think I can make this Haspin trip.

I know I'm upset. I'm itching to go wheelin so bad! Maybe a trip to Heiney farm or maybe southington sometime later. But if I could I'd be there for sure!

 

I've got 6 pay days between now and the trip. So much to do so little time and money lol. I will probably just sleep in my Jeep.

Bumper, winch, ujoints for front axle shaft or new chromoly shafts, ujoints front drive shaft, air compressor, fridge freezer, adjustable track bar and maybe new springs by then. Lol. It never ends.

 

Wow that's quite the list!

 

The bumper, winch, front drive shaft ujoints will be about $1K. The fridge is something I'd like but not really needed. The compressor, and front axle replacement about $600-700. The springs will be a birthday present from my family.

 

I was hoping to have rocker protection before then but I doubt that will happen. I'm just a poor highschooler after all

 

I hear ya I'm a broke college student lol. Gotta work an extra 20hrs a week to afford it all.

 

X2. I worked full time and was a full time student too. Found out the yesterday, after my graduation I didn't go to so I could work to pay my loans, that I graduated with a 3.9-4.0 Gpa my entire two years I was there. For anyone interested, Washington state community college is a joke. They don't keep in touch and are just money hungry
