Are there any trips planned for this winter? I've been wanting to run the tar hollow area but have no guide!

Tar hollow is kind of lame. Bit at least its off road I guess.
There are better places in that area.

Only thing I would be up for is snow wheeling or a trip to Wayne national for some forestry/old county roads

Yeah I was looking for something mild because I'm not aloud breaking anything(saving up for my lift) but I really want to get out more to get some expertise under my belt to help me plan my build accordinglyOriginally Posted by holycaveman

Well keep this in mind for your build. With 35" tires and under there is no need for any lift above 2" unless its just for looks.Originally Posted by michaelOH

Your belly(lowest part) should not be much higher than 50% of your tire height.
The best off road trucks I have seen go by this. If its just a mall crawler then it really does not matter. If its a mud blogger than this does not apply. This is for trail and adventure jeeps.

I may try to get a friend to get some guys together this winter for some light wheeling in Wayne national here outside of Marietta. Been a while since I have wheeled out there but it's a lot of old township roads that's are "unmaintained"Originally Posted by Vonguido
