i have a possible trail ride coming up october 5 & 6th.
the first day will consist of trails north of Marietta, Ohio in wayne national forest and ludlow township area. second day will consist of trails across the river in wood county and possibly wirt county west virginia. my buddy is part of hrja (heritage region jeep alliance) from western pennsylvania and they are coming down. anyone interested let me know and i can try to get more info on whats going on.

no not right now. i haven't been out there since i've moved back from out west. there are alot of varieties with the trails. a lot of them are unmaintained township roads north of marietta. haven't tried the ones in west virginia, but he says they are fairly easy, some moderate spots.
on another note, anyone have a rear hitch and either front hitch or tow hooks for a 97 xj?

before and almost after pics attached. going to create a buiuld thread so i can keep track of what i have done. side note. anyone know where / best place to buy a floor jack that wil actually lift my jeep to change the tires? (not lifted yet)

I have a pair of factory tow hooks sitting around that look just like those. they are a little bent, and need straightened. Did not think they were sturdy enough for off road use.
Somebody pays shipping you can have them.
I welded factory toyota tundra tow hooks on the front. Very beefy.
I probably can dig up a couple of tow hooks out of the scrap pile at work if anyone wants them.
