Well it might help if u push the clutch pedal in lol or u may have a worn out clutch
Auto tranny and its an engine problem cause it will stutter too. The only way to describe what it feels like is imagine that your butterfly hinges on your intake are really rusted and hard to move. If you were to push the pedal down, it would accelerate in spurts and not smoothly because it is rusted. Obviously that's not the problem just trying to describe it. Plus when it is in this stage and I have not fully gotten through it, it will idle real low if I slow down. But once I get past the initial 3-7 lurches (ranging in severity) it will be fine till I start it up again. These lurches feel like I am stomping on the gas pedal, because there is some resistance. Things that have been done thus far: new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, seafoam, new o2 sensors (pre and post cat), new muffler, new cat converter, took off throttle body and cleaned, new iac, new tps, checked for vacuum leaks at mechanics none found, had the problem diagnosed at mechanics. Now what they found was a very high reading for the post cat o2 and misfire in 2 of the cylinders. A weird reading on an o2 couldn't cause this...? Could it? Maybe I need a new CPU?
