<- 28 y/o with no jeep yet! Just a matter of time tho!

 

This is my current DD but its got a Skidrow front skid and Mopar engine/tranny and TC skids, front custom hooks and rear hitch so its wheelable, I was going to lift, but decided to get another XJ first!


And thats my buddies XJ, found it on craigslist for $700 with 115k needing brakes, tires, exhaust fixed and lots of rust repair!
And my old XJ that I straight traded for the KJ:


I missed it too much, so I started looking for another one..
And I got a another XJ on the way!
I found a lifted 99 on here that needs a head gasket and possibly a head for a great price, but its in NC. Well my dad runs a shop down there, so its getting shipped to his shop Monday then I need to find some time to go down, fix it, and drive it back up!

Yeah Im trying to get rid of my zx6 now to get one. Or trade it... If it dont happen by the time Im done with my mustang Ill be offering that up for trade also. I have the XJ fever!

Where do you go wheeling? I have never been.

 

Well around here there isn't anywhere...
I haven't been real wheeling yet either... Only played around on legal logging trails in PA where my Gramps lives, and where we use to have a camp for snowmobiling..
The XJ never saw any real trails, although the kid that traded me said it was going to taken to some. I plan to go to JeepSkool as soon as the new XJ is up here and drivable, now that I have a DD and wheeling Jeep, if I did break something I can still get to class and work.

 

Yeah jeepskool looks cool. I guess there is a few around the Columbus area. (with in a hour of there)

I will be searching for a private land owner willing to let me wheel.

That jeep looks bad *** Ill give you 800 for it!

I have been looking for private land too, I would love to get some money and buy even a couple hundred acres where ever cheap enough in OH to let people wheel since there isn't anywhere around here to play...
Once I have my degree and am rolling in dough, thats my plan!

 

LOL I found some outside of akron. 100 acres for like 79k,But I bet around wellington or so there is some nice land forsale.
