Yeah if he wants to do that any help would be appreciated. I have tools and engine hoist so thats all covered. Only thing is the shop has a dirt floor.... one of these years it will get cement though....

Did you check what I suggested previously in the distributor? Additionally a worn bushing in the distribtuor can cause a wobble and mis-fire.
