A couple of questions. First, is there a way to prevent this and still be able to flex? Second, how do you keep the O2 sensor from ceasing? Will anti-cease paste handle the temperature?
I usually run the engine to operating temp then spray it with water or some kind of penetrating oil. Not recommend I know but it shocks the rust and makes it so you can get that seized o2 out.

well im in the middle of installing my new steering and i had to cut the tre off each spindle, now im working on the pitman arm tre and i have tried everything to get it off without luck. so i cut the body of the tre off and im just drilling into the stud and hopefully breaking it loose otherwise i guess i will just run it with it seized in there. Im using a step drill bit to do all the drilling of the 3/4 holes. i just need to drill the pitman arm out and bolt it all on then im done.
