i used an grinder for the rear and had it run away from me a few times and it looks like hell. for the fronts i used aircraft shears and it worked perfectly.

With the angle grinder, just take your time. I've done two xj's so far this way. Like most things, rush through and you get **** results. Take your time and you'll see good results. You've seen my jeep before and my wheel wells don't look hack IMHO.

So I realized I made a mistake when I ordered the OR-Fab rear quarter panel armor. I ordered the one without the bar. Before I had a chance to cancel the order, Amazon shipped it. So I'll have those up for sale. Brand new of course never installed. $200.00 firm. Here is a link of what they look like.

I then ordered the correct quarter panel armor. Both with be in on Monday and will fit any year XJ. The quarter panel armor with the bar is not for sale though.
