Found the vehicle for my business. Was planning on getting a commander but a bigger house is more important. So here it is.

Seeing how I won't be going to the Cliff's this weekend due to having two new client's cars coming this Saturday, Sunday will be the day I go and pick it up. Now I have some plans for it seeing how I will be using it for the business and daily driving. Here's the list.
Hella Fog Lights
Magnaflow Cat
Airaid TBS
K&N intake
AFE exhaust
Chrome grille and headlight bezels
Three new ProComp Mts
Extra Cragar wheel
Detours Offroad bumper light bar-for Hella fog lights
Detours Tailbone tire carrier for spare tire.
Alignment
For the vehicle and parts I'm looking at about $6500.00 for everything, way better then the 14K I wanted to pay for the Commander. Though one day I will have a Commander. So a new build thread is sure to follow.

Adding another xj to the family is kool but a commander is bad *** as small as it might look its a 8 passenger s.u.v! My brother bought one for his wife its a 07 and what a bad *** jeep xk!

Well I wish you the best of luck man! And I know it's hard to start a business right from scratch I use to be part owner of a mechanic shop about 9years ago to the business went belly up because of the partner I had was stealing money from the shop. what are your going rates?
Hand wash with 2 bucket method
Clay barred
Sealant and/or wax applied
Vacuum interior
Clean all windows
Clean engine bay
Dash wipe down and shined
Wheels cleaned and wheel guard applied
Tire shine applied by hand
Fabric guard all seats
Hot water stain extraction where needed
Engine dress up applied
Goes for $200.00 bucks. I use all professional stuff, none of that Walmart bought supplies I have a client coming in on Saturday for a full detail.

I have a 2013 optima that I've been looking to have detailed. The seats look terrible already from my 21 month old son. :banghead:
