Illinois' Down and Dirty meet and greet/dune days round-up
Illinois' newest offroad club, Down and Dirty is having a dunes day round up meeting, which we will be leaving for Silver Lake on June 12th. The meeting is for all those in the club to get all the info needed for the trip but will also be host to anyone in the area looking to join a club, we are always welcoming new members, you can check our website out at ddoffroad.com, for more info on the club and for our upcoming events. i ended up going, but didnt know what kind of truck to look for. i seen a ton of cherokees up there, i went saturday and sunday. i didnt wanna just wonder up to random trucks asking if they were from cherokee forums or not lol. anyway this is what my truck looked like
btw mud terrains are awesome in everything EXCEPT sand. i had them down to 10 pounds of air here, thats the only way they would climb anything at all. i wouldnt dare attempt any of the big hills

i have never been to the dunes so i kinda want to see the terian, and looking at XJ is always fun too, so post up

ya, usually on the weekends its pretty bad, this was taken sunday nite when everyone was clearing out. usually weekdays there is almost noone out there.
