I live in Reynoldsburg, so pretty close. Fri or Sat should work for me. So is this going to be a cookout or not. Here in Reynoldsburg we have Blacklick Metro Park so we could bring our families. They have playgrounds, grills and room for a bunch of Jeeps.

 

I would be up for it, but the 23rd there is a jamboree going on in Columbiana Ohio at 4WD Hardware. I don't know if I'll drive the jeep up, it's about 200 miles from my house. Sunday the 24th would be good for me, I don't know if its good for anybody else though. If anyone is interested in going to the jamboree here is the address and it is going on the 22-23 of July.

I wanna try and keep this local somewhat. IDK what we can do about things such as wheeling as I'm like you. I have no spots. BUT i think if we can just organize things will come. I know haspin is kinda close. BUUT we have jeep skool here in ohio. Still its about a 1 1/2 hr to a 2hr drive. IDK if i wanna drive that distance. And i have to trailer or tow vehicle. So What should we do? Organize and wait? Randomly go Offroading off a country road? As much as that sounds fun IDk if thats a good idea.lol Input anyone?

 

Are there any jeep shows in sw ohio coming up?

 

i think a cookout in a central columbus location sometime in august would be a good idea. A chance for all (or most) of us to meet up face-to-face, chat, check out each others rides, see what sort of experience people have, etc. etc.


As of right now, any weekend in august is open for me. How about this....instead of everyone saying "how about this weekend" and whatnot....make a list of whatever days you are available. At the end of this post i will make a list of every saturday and sunday date in august. If you are available that day, include it in your post.

One week from now (7.24.11) I will tally up what days everyone is available and let everyone know what they are. This way, I think we have more of a chance of this happening. I like the idea of whetstone park of roses as a meetup....thats pretty central in columbus.

Now, i understand that sometimes plans arent made this far in advance (at least not for me). If you have no plans at the moment....mark that day as available. A week from now we will decide a day, and then you will have something planned!

i was in cbus today visiting my brother, and saw a black cherokee with a "have fun out there, Jeep" sticker. any of you guys? if so, im jealous. my black xj is stock for now (im 17 and cant find a job.) i got new wheels but need tires before i can put them on. cant wait to get the money for everything and my jeep to be more like your guys.

 

I am open any weekend as of now. Once we set the date I'll be there. Irish I think you have the right idea I was about to do the same thing.

Home depot does. PVC Im thinking of doing it since i almost stalled it with HTT. After that PVC doesnt sound all that bad as long as it works. Plus now you can buy ARB Snorkel heads by themselves. GREATNESS!! Paint it all black run a Sprectre in-line Air box
