There is NOWHERE legal besides The Cliffs. Cliff's isn't really that far depending on where you are in the ****ty(oops, city). Cliff's is muddy.. and it can be EXTREMELY muddy. But compared to all the other legal wheeling spots.....

The badlands is very fun and very affordable 
Well worth the trip for anyone really. I am only a few miles from it but. You will enjoy it if you make it there sometime
