Used to go to Eagle River as a kid. Had a cabin on a lake and whatnot. Maybe I'll come visit up there one of these months.

Any of those near La Crosse any good at diagnosing issues? And that would care to take a trip down?

My xj is weird when turning tight like turning around in an intersection or even sometimes turning into a parking spot. Almost like the front wants to turn to tight and or the two tires are not turning together fully. Hard to diagnose when I am driving as I can't see from the outside as to what is happening... all I know is that it doesn't seem right.

Someone should come by tomorrow to help me mount up the new bumper.

I live like 15 minutes south of Oak Creek/Franklin area. Kinda by 7 Mile Fair.

I think I know what your talking about. If I turn mine real tight the front end kind of "skips" around. I have all new/good front end parts so I am not worried.
I'm from up by the Whitehall area btw.

Cool so the feeling like skipping around may not be all that bad?!

I had noticed a spot under the xj when I leave for work and the and the smell of like something caramelized when I get home. So today I looked under the hood, found a good time today to do so. I thought it was brake fluid and after today I know it isn't. It is power steering fluid as I can see how wet the lines are so some of my problem or worry may be this leak. Now to try and figure it out what and where am I leaking...

If you ever drive down from Whitehall let me know. I would love to get another xj owners opinion and or guidance with possible issues...

Hey everyone, so I recently new to the Madison area. My job brought me out here from California and looks like I'll be out here until September. Thought I would say hi and see if anyone is somewhat near the area. I was hoping to get some bumpers, rock skids and fender flares while I was out here but don't currently have a place to put them on as I'm staying at a hotel. So was hoping to maybe find someone who's got a garage that's up to the challenge (I got my tool box). I'll provide the beers n pizza and some $$ for your time. Let me know, wouldn't be soon just saying hi and asking.
