I am new to the site. Just got into offroading last year. Wanted to know if anyone knows of a good 4x4 shop around`Chicago and suburbs. I need some work done on my XJ.

I had suburban driveline in Addison rebuild my transfer case and it seems to be workin good. They offer a 12 mo or 12k mile warranty. Not sure what your looking to get done, but these guys seem to know what they are doing.

I don't know how good they are but the two I know of are Mchenry 4 wheel drive and Attitude Performance in Arlington Heights.

I am in Gilman, IL about 90 miles south down I-57 and install anything offroad other than gears, but do do lunchboxes, and I do a lot of work on jeeps! I own a custom stereo/fab shop.

Check out Lou's 4x4 on Rt 38 in Geneva. A little bit of a drive if you're in the city, but they have been doing Jeeps and only Jeeps since 1946.

I have a lifted Cherokee sittin on 35's, does anyone know where I can get my tires balanced and an accurrate alignment done near Chicago?

I've tried calling Attitude Performance and they don't answer their phone or return calls when you leave a message.
