Wish I could. It's hard for me to find the time these days. Any spare time I do get I spend wrenching on the XJ.
With that being said, is there anyone in the valley that has a 7degree, 1.5" per foot reamer? I've got my JCR 1 ton OTK steering on it's way.

 

Pharr here. We valley folks live in what I call "Deep South Texas" San Antone is near south Texas but Houston is East Central Texas IMHO.

Just came back from spi.. Went down all the beach in my wife's silver 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, pulled out a bottemed out 2000 gmc Sierra 4x4 4dr with a full size motorcycle on it's bed with noooo problem.. I only saw one red xj with a tire carrier out back.. No other xj's.

 

How was it. I decided it was too windy to go out there.

 

it wasnt as windy at the island but it was around 70degrees, so not ideal to stay. if u would stand in the sun it would be hot though..

 

Oh and I'm a little upset that you took the 2011 GC over that XJ of yours. That think looks sweet.

 

we had to go in my wifes car since my son came with us, hes 9months old and the gc is a little more.. comfortable. haha. heres a pic of it that i took 2nd day after we got it at boca chica beach.

 

Yeah I understand. My two month old son would rather ride in my wifes 2011 Acadia.

You wouldn't happen to know of a good auto A/C shop would you? That needs to be taken care of pretty soon.
