My MIl and FIL work at the university in Brownsville and could hear machine gun fire when the drug cartel violence was a little worse. Thats close enough....

joe is a friend of mine and wheeled with him several times! i have my own offroad shop in pharr and don't want it to create any problems so i am staying away. his wife seems to want to promote his side business and make it a competition and i don't think it should be handled that way! joe will help out anyone and is a really good guy!
