I looked around the site and a bunch of people talk about neoprene seat covers but there out of my price range.
I'm not sure how well it would work to bed line the seats, haha. (this isnt a daily driver so "looks" aren't key)
You could try never wet. I haven't used it but its supposed to water proof anything

If you have neoprene seat covers they may keep the water out. But if you submerge your jeep and let it seep from under it will also keep that moisture under it. That will cause mold and decay. Id be cautious about that. As far as bedlining the seats, we bedlined a steering wheel once and it tore up our hands. Had to wear gloves everytime we drove it. I cant imagine what that would to over time to the ol toosh. Lol not that anyone would be driving naked but just a heads up. Haha

I have a brand new (stickers on it and everything) Walker 54277 downpipe for $50. I am in Austin so you would need to come to South Austin or meet halfway from SA. Check it out on Amazon if interested and PM me

The 2001 doesn't have the High Pinion D30 in the front which would be an axle swap. Also, I would double/triple check that it doesn't have a Dana 35 in the rear.....what a mess. Otherwise, it looks clean, need more photos to be sure.
