Had to dent #1 and #5. Had yo take a burr and grind down the exhaust flange to clear the intake as well as grind down to match the thickness of the intake so the washers would sit correctly. I really wish I waited, saved a little more $ and got a banks header

Other than having difficulties with the install, how do you like the header? Do you feel any power changes or a louder tone in exhaust sound?

I dont notice a power difference but im also replacing a banks header. The sound is different, ill be installing a 40 series flowmaster next week. Overall its a good Inexpensive header for someone who has the knowledge and tools to modify it.

I have my spare engine on a stand waiting to be stroked. I just dont have the funds for that yet. I was lookn into a cheap header on ebay for about 120. I cant bring myself to pay 500+ on a header tho. Maybe if it brought enough power and sound, maybe. I'll just let y'all guinea pig it for me.

My stock manifold is cracked a little so im wanting to redo my whole exhaust. All I have is a cat and cherry bomb thats cut in front of the rear axle. Looks pretty rough. I've smashed it all up and hammered a downward elbow on the tip where I cut it off. Not professional looking at all but it works.

I haven't done anything to it besides put it on the stand and take everything off the outside. Im still researching which company to buy the parts from and what stoke. Im lookn at doin the 4.7 kit. I've looked at 505 performance, titan and some other company, I cant remember. I don't have a couple grand laying around right now so I haven't gone to much into it yet. Haha it's my long term project at this point.
