Hey, I need a little bit of help. Im in Frisco, and I just moved from la. What do I need to transfer crap over? Its a 94 does it HAVE to be smog tested?

You need to go to the tax assessor's office in your county of residence. Can't help with the emissions testing since it's not required for anything where I'm at.
