Im on the south side, Manchaca/Wm Cannon area.

 

Flushed out the rad, replaced with 80/20 mix....still having heating issues..

 

when my radiator blew, i put in an all metal two row. also replaced everything else in the cooling system (water pump, t-stat, t-stat housing, temp sensor, and the clutch on the fan (went with the HD clutch for a grand cherokee). I just installed a real coolant temp gauge and only ever get over 190 if i sit in traffic for more than 10 minutes. I haven't had it go over 200 no matter how long i sit. Will be nice to know what temps i hit when doing some crawling.

 

Seems when outside temps are below 100, it runs just fine!

 

Got some stuff I want outta my garage so if anyone is interested in any of it just pm me or something. The prices IDC about cause I have no use for the stuff, and will end up throwing it away anyways if noone wants it. It all came off my 99 sport.

I'm in Georgia now but moving to the Austin area before the end of September. I will be living anywhere from round rock to Georgetown to harker heights. Interested to see what Texas has to offer for my jeep

 

Awesome. I moved here from SC. Texas does not have anything like that good ol GA or Carolina mud thats for sure. I have yet to go, but Hidden Falls is the closest offroad park to us, and is suppose to be pretty good.

 

I'm from summerville sc and went to clemson, I'm gonna miss that red clay ( not cleaning it tho) went to Georgia and going to Texas VIA the army.

I will be looking to put on a 4.5 inch suspension lift in the spring definitely gonna be on here looking for help

 

Look up 4 Wheel Parts, they're sponcering a trail run/camp in Hidden Falls this September, a few of us are gonna head out and meet up there.
