You'll be able to hang with us a little bit, then I'm sure you could ride in mine or with someone else. And where are you located at again? Rough idle could be anything from bad plugs/wires or a bad idle air control valve. The popping noise sounds like front axle ujoints

I'm in northern kcmo and plugs and wires are good and I have heard things about the trackbar bushings making the noise how do I check the iac valve and couldn't my injectors be a problem in the idle

I'm out in Raymore, but work in overland park. I may be in that area on Saturday. And track bar bushings will make noise sitting still just moving the wheel back and forth. As far as the iac you can tap on it and see if things change or clean it and see if things change. Fuel injectors can buy very very rare that they do.

That can be normal cranking time on the 4.0. And the ujoints in the front axles at the wheels

How can I check them and I just went out and figured out my third plug wire was grounding to the head and it helped the rough idle a little and I moved my air temp sensor to the airbox and I though I really messed up I flipped a switch then the jeep wouldn't start mo crank or anything I looked around and it was an antitheft device so I found out I broke the switch when I flipped it and I just took it out and put It back to factory it was very poorly wired anyways I think I'm gonna replace my fuel pressure sensor and see if that solves my long crank

Grab the axle while the wheels are on the ground and see if there is any rotational movement in it.

If I'm thinking of the right bar it's the drag link

The regulator assembly is bad, well it's called a regulator on pwr windows. But yes it's stripped gears. You can try and lube the window tracks with a silicon based lube and see if it helps
