Oh yea for sure you would have no problems. I have a friend who wheels a liberty and it has a three inch lift with just regular sized tires and he did just fine in Kansas rocks. It's all about the driver haha but once you get up and going I would love to take you out to some places!

A buddy is giving me 3" Rancho coils and shocks off his old donor jeep, I'm adding OME 2" leafs with a lift shackle and a RE adjustable track bar...for now. Planning on running 31x10.5 on d-windows.
Your new cherokee is really clean, its always nice to lift and wheel a jeep thats never seen a trail. When your ready to lift it a group of us will drop by and have it done before you know it.

Any pics?

A lot of people backed out but I went with another xj, a hummer, and a yota. Other locals met up with us as well. It was a blast, totally different wheeling with snow and it made for some cool pictures.

Thanks man, after getting insurance money for my wrecked (and now donor) 2 dr, I spent a whole day driving all over the dern place looking for a replacement. I really wanted another 2 door but this one was too clean to pass up.

My dead jeep had a new headliner in it so the wife helped me swap it over last weekend, along with the blower motor, resistor pack, and fan speed switch that had all been replaced recently in the donor before its untimely demise...

I dont ever use it enough for all this lift and off road capability, its my dd and i feel like i would rather just have a stock jeep. 1988 amc cherokee 4.0 129k lots of new parts. The fog lamps are a new edition as not seen in the other pic.

Default Truman rd. Pick n Pull

Went to pick n pull this morning. Red 94 xj sport. Front lift coils, lower control arms, zj tie rod, after market track bar with frame side drop bracket.Shocks, extended rubber brake lines. Extended swaybar disconnects. Basically a complete front lift. Hit hard right rear, leaf spring is bent. Has aftermarket rear bumper with swing away tire carrier. Right side of bumper is hammered pretty hard but might be salvageable. With time and some fab skills. The tire carrier could be used on a custom bumper project. Hell you guys might know who used to own it.

Looks like a ton of fun. Can't wait to get my lift done.

Just replaced all my steering linkages and am doing the durango box upgrade shortly.

Glad you guys got down there despite the weather.
