Thing is we do know your work. And until.you've done this kind of work before, like on your own jeep. I wouldnt suggest doing it on someone elses. Because you can ruin it real fast.

I may end up welding it myself/with my grandpa. I was just weighing options.

Some bashing in here... that's the spirit.
The rusty rocker removal and welding in box tubing is really straight forward. Search for zj rocker replacement, lot's of people have done it.

Wiggles is a welding student with a good welder. A few clean cuts and some welding, that's it. It's not rocket science.
