Gas tank that's going on my big jeep and I have a transfer case skid, want it?

Im tempted, really been looking for a gas tank skid that will work on 97-01 cherokees. Do I have to drill any holes for the tc skid or will it bolt right on?

May have to run a bolt through the crossmember and then put a nut it the frame
