$1500 seems like a lot but thats the cheapest I have been told for a rebuild and I have called a few other places. Like I said I went the craigslist route last time and got maybe 3,000 mile out of the tranny I got so I will be going the rebuild route this time so at least I will get some kind of warranty but thats just me
