I was hiking the Ceran St Vrain trail past Jamestown and it T intersects with trail 252 (don't know trail name), so the pooch and I continued up 252. At the top of the hill sat an XJ.

I gave it a "good xj" pat on the hood.

 

That sucks. Funny how they wrote "Will be back to pickup need to get some parts"

Hard to see in the pic but is that a highlift pushing the roof back up?

 

Ya. The high lift is pushing the roof back up, I think s/he flipped onto a boulder. Crunch

 

Might wanna report it to the park ranger. At least they will make sure it gets out, and that nobody takes all the expensive parts left on it
