Thanks again for introducing me to DP cheese-steaks! good food!
Corrected my post - I guess it was a little taller than that, since a 35" tire was not bigger than it Originally Posted by Gorillaxj

I would replace both of them at the same time, one weak mount and a strong one will wear the strong one faster...Originally Posted by fathan16

I've got a picture of my dads old CJ7 climbing it with 31's. He did it no problem and unassisted too, but it was only a bump back then Originally Posted by FloydXJ

So what your your opinions? I have been on the fence for a while... Mainly trying to keep under hood temps down as I get heat soak after it sits on a warm day and its good and hot... I have a high flow w/p, t/stat, 3 core radiator ect... every little bit helps... just trying to make up my mind before I buy a new hood... yes? no? (yes they will be painted black)
option 1

option 2

option 3

Or no vents..... Not a huge fan of putting spacers under the hinges... but might try it out... idk...
I am leaning towards option 1 with it painted to match the hood, all ninja like lol because the new hood will have to be painted too...

Actually that ledge rd is great now, you should have seen it before they fixed it.Originally Posted by Gorillaxj

And for your vents I say neither option, make them horizontal they look much better that way imo

I know you have other things going on, but just an idea... Saw it browsing D44 parts lol

And this would work well for steve Kirkham? In that waggy 44, for a cheap upgrade from open diff... Not great but I would run it for 25$ lol
